Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of makeup, perfumes, or signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
